The Challenge
Auto repair shops often face challenges in managing operations efficiently, from handling customer data to tracking inventory, scheduling, and billing. EasyWerkstatt sought to modernize and optimize the day-to-day operations of these shops, providing a digital solution that integrates customer management, service requests, and inventory management in one cohesive system.
The challenge was to develop a mobile app for both iOS and Android to give auto repair shop owners and employees access to real-time data and management tools on-the-go. In addition, the ERP system needed to support shop management at a broader level, handling backend processes while also enabling integration with the mobile app for seamless interaction.

We developed a feature-rich mobile app available on both iOS and Android platforms. The app enables auto repair shop staff to manage customer requests, track vehicle repairs, access service histories, and process payments directly from their mobile devices. ERP System Development
The ERP system was developed to streamline the internal management of auto repair shops.
