The Challenge

StarParts needed a platform that allowed them to manage a variety of roles, from super admin to admins, with a secure and seamless user experience. The challenge was to create a system that facilitated role management, order processing, and real-time data synchronization without compromising performance.

The e-commerce website needed to provide real-time product and pricing data from third-party sources, all while maintaining fast performance and uptime, even during high-traffic periods. Additionally, integrating payment gateways like Stripe and Klarna was essential to provide flexible payment options for customers.

DevoraOne worked with StarParts to design and develop an integrated platform that supports order management, role-based access, payment processing, and real-time data updates from third-party sources. The solution also prioritized performance, ensuring high availability during peak traffic periods.

Super Admin & Admin Panels

We developed a super admin panel that allows platform administrators to monitor company stats, manage roles, and oversee platform operations. The admin panel provides detailed access to order information, payments, and the ability to update the status of orders. Admins and super admins can manage customer orders, view statuses (e.g., transit, delivered), and update them in real-time to ensure smooth operations.

Order Management System

We implemented an order management system that allows both the super admin and admins to track the status of orders, from processing to transit and delivery. Admins can update statuses, providing customers with real-time information regarding their orders, and making sure no orders are overlooked.

Real-Time Data Integration & APIs

To ensure that StarParts always has fresh data, we developed APIs that fetch real-time data from third-party suppliers. This integration allows StarParts to pull up-to-date product information and pricing every time a user navigates the site, ensuring accurate and current information is always displayed.

Multi-Concurrency Management

To maintain performance and prevent downtime, we implemented multi-concurrency to handle multiple data fetch requests simultaneously. This ensures that even during periods of high website traffic, the server remains stable, and users experience fast load times without service interruptions.

Payment Gateway Integration

We integrated Stripe and Klarna payment solutions into the platform, giving customers a variety of secure payment options. This integration ensures smooth transactions and flexible payment choices for StarParts customers, enhancing their buying experience.
